Back when we released Fingers To The Bone, we submitted it to the 60th Annual Grammy Awards under the Traditional Blues category. That year marked a shift — for the first time ever, Grammy voting was conducted entirely online. There were 68 entries in the category, and we landed at #52.

Now, we didn’t get the nomination — but here’s the kicker: #51 was The Rolling Stones. That’s right. We came in just under the Stones, and honestly, we’ll take it.
To even be in the conversation, on the same list as legends, was a moment we won’t forget. It was a quiet reminder that the work we poured into Fingers To The Bone found its way into the right rooms — and got a nod from the industry, even if just in the margins.
Not bad company to keep.
